Marketing Manager, Strategy & Analytics

Provide input into multi-channel marketing strategy based on needs: SEO, SEM, social paid and community/influencer development, inbound marketing, lead generation, email marketing and account base marketing. Responsible for input on growth strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns. Convert insights into action and see the customer acquisition process through from ideation to execution. Define and validate core KRIs, such as cost per metrics, retention, ROI and LTV to drive the business. Define, execute, analyze, and optimize A/B and multi-variant tests. Design holistic lead generation and nurturing campaigns, leveraging marketing automation and CRM functionalities. Partner and collaborate with sales, revenue operations, finance and product teams to realize potential synergies.
