Senior Line Manager (Events)

Consult with clients to determine objectives and requirements for video tournaments and events of competitive eSports gaming. Create project scope that is well defined and attainable from a creative and financial perspective. Develop strategies and budgets with department heads, project operation and development teams and monitor e event preparation progress and budgets. Prepare graphic samples and quotes for various event costs and ensure that financials are in line with project scope and budget. Oversee any additional hiring and training of the production team required for event management and provide rules for compliance with applicable laws and regulations at different event locations, including code of conduct by participants. Organize tournament registration, coordinate accommodations for event participants, location, remote offices and other event needs, source equipment and suppliers. Conduct post-event evaluations and delegate the day-to-day operations to the production office. Responsible for post-event analysis of any organizational problems and provide feedback to company executives for improvement including report for reconciliation and financial operations.
Requires: Associates degree in Hospitality Management or Event Planning and 24 months of experience must be in support of corporate branding within the gaming or technology industry.
DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL REQUIRED (APPROXIMATELY 4 TIMES PER YEAR). TRAVEL EXPENSES ARE FULLY REIMBURSED BY EMPLOYER.
