NC4 is seeking an experienced manager to supervise its 24x7 Incident Monitoring Center based in El Segundo. You will be responsible for managing a team of Analysts that provide extensive time-critical information for NC4 Customers in the Corporate Security market.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Detail-oriented Individual who is able to handle multiple tasks at once. Individual must have:

Knowledge of corporate security, emergency management, business continuity, disaster management

Knowledge of management principles and practices relating to workforce planning, supervision, and training of employees to promote a well trained and qualified team.

Knowledge and ability to develop and implement agreements, contracts, policies, procedures, and plans to provide effective operations.

Experience of budgeting and expenditures of allocated funds.

Job Requirements:

This is an exempt position that requires Individual to work extended periods in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment.

Education /Experience

Minimum Bachelor Degree

Experience managing teams in call center, operations, dispatch or traffic management center environments is required.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
