Fast growing community bank is searching for Commercial Loan Operations Manager, reporting to the CCO. Position is located in El Segundo, CA.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing all processing, documentation, loan boarding and servicing of business, real estate, and consumer loans
• Foreclosure processing
• Supervision of loan processors
• Compliance

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
• 15 years experience in commercial banking credit administration
• In-depth product knowledge
• Significant documentation experience (perfecting lien via UCC1 and deeds of trust)
• Experience in mortgage loan processing, SBA Guarantee Program and mortgage warehousing.
• Experience with conversions and/or mergers of commercial servicing portfolios.
